Board of Governors
The College of New Caledonia Board oversees the the institution in the interest of the public. It includes appointed members from the public, key CNC personnel, and elected students, support staff, and faculty. The board has a hand in most high level decisions at the College.
Office of the President
The President's Office is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the College, including strategic planning to identify goals and activities for the coming years.
Education Council (EdCo)
The Education Council advises the board on the development of educational policy, including the implementation of programs and courses, admission requirements, criteria for awarding credentials, College policies, and more. The Education Council is made up by elected faculty, students, and support staff, as well as a few educational administrators appointed by the president.
The Executive Team
The executive team is made up of high-level CNC administrators, and meets regularly to coordinate the operations of the College.
